A Weekend in the Life of The Victoria Wright Woman
From corporate meetings over coffee to date night over cocktails, we always have the look you need!
In our second Spring 2018 editorial campaign, photographed by Erica Torres, we explore a glimpse into the life of the Victoria Wright woman as she transforms from boardroom badass to blithe bonne vivante after hours.
As the clock strikes 5pm on Friday evening, our corporate connoisseur lets her hair down and begins her walk home across the boulevards, stopping only to gaze into the cityscape. She watches the sun slowly set and is filled with elation at what amusements are to follow. She wears the modern black and white Laure wrap skirt, (our update on the classic pencil skirt), paired with the Stevie blouse, (perfect for those who have the heart of a bohème even when managing mergers).
As she returns home, she quickly slips into a more evening appropriate ensemble to wear. It's First Friday and she can't wait to sashay through soirées and gallery openings. Enthralled by the art, music, and the experience the city has to offer, she is full of wonder at who she will meet and what adventures she will encounter. She chooses the drapey Lexi cowl neck top with a twist racerback detail and pairs it with the luxurious asymmetrical Marlene skirt. The fluidity of the draped top complements the geometry of the skirt for a look that is both bold and feminine.
Saturday brings a refreshing breeze, and offers a mood of freedom and nonchalance as it sweeps through her long loose hair. She wears the sophisticated and sultry Alexia dress, paired with the modern Olivia belt as she makes her way to meet her dinner date. Seated outdoors in the restaurant's garden patio, she settles in with her companion. They share stories, their dreams of adventure, and a sweetly intoxicating sangria. After tapas and sangria, the night is still young and with adventure on their minds they decide to go dancing until the sun beckons them to return home. Lead by the sounds of vibrant music in the distance, they wander off with elation and passion in each step.
Sunday allows time for relaxation and comfort. She wanders around the neighborhood wearing the comfortable but chic Ari knot top and the Yves palazzo pant. She samples the city's finest cappuccinos and peruses morning markets. When she tires of walking, she stops in a small garden and settles down to read a novel in the peace of the serene square surrounded by post-modern sculptures and greenery.
Monday arrives and it is back to the 9 to 5 grind. She suits up into her black and white power suit, exuding confidence and glamour, ready to take on what ever challenges may face her this week before enjoying the next sojourn from her fabulous boss babe life.
